Biden Signs Bill with $13.6 Billion in Aid for Ukraine

INTERNATIONAL: U.S. President Joe Biden has signed a spending bill on Tuesday ,March 15, that includes $13.6 billion in security assistance to Ukraine.

Biden has said, the historic funding, $13.6 billion USD s will be used to address Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the impact on surrounding countries. Putin's aggression against Ukraine has united people all across America, united two parties in Congress and united freedom-loving world and it's an act with urgency and resolve that the U.S. government is doing right now.

The president has also said the the U.S. government has committed more than one billion, $200million USD in security assistance to the people of Ukraine just over the past year.

United States is also providing anti-armor, taking out tanks, and air capabilities directly to the Ukrainian forces. And also facilitating significant shipments of security assistance from their allied partners to Ukraine ."

Biden will travel to Brussels next week to meet with NATO leaders, the White House has confirmed on Tuesday, and will share more details about the United States military and security assistance to Ukraine soon.
